We’ll go into a deep dive on key technical and tactical aspects inherent within a double-blade martial system of the Philippines. The next day, we’ll then use these skills for a Skills Proficiency Renewal in Rapier and Dagger.

Please Read Carefully. This is a Legally Binding Agreement.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in stage combat, stunt training, fight choreography, weapons work (including simulated swords, knives, and other props), falls, rolls, and physical theatre activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: bruises, sprains, strains, fractures, concussion, paralysis, emotional distress, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rogue Action Dynamics and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, venues, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from my participation or conduct.

MEDICAL & SAFETY AGREEMENT
I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate, or have disclosed relevant conditions. I agree to follow all safety rules and instructor guidance. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept responsibility for all medical costs.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Rogue Action Dynamics the irrevocable right to photograph and record me during activities and to use my likeness, image, voice, and performance for lawful purposes including marketing, promotion, education, and archival use, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve such media.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All choreography, curriculum, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Rogue Action Dynamics and may not be recorded or reproduced without written permission.

LEGAL TERMS
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the activity takes place. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement.
